When you are asleep

Don't watch scary movies.
What if you can't sleep?
- Sit up in bed or a chair.
- Read a book.
- Listen to music.

How to relax
Breathe in and out 10 times --- slowly.
Then breathe in, curl your toes, count to 10.
Breathe out slowly, relax your toes.
Curl and relax all the muscles on the way up your body.
Lie quietly until you fall asleep.
Pretend you are a bird

Pretend you are on a boat.

Pretend you are in a special place where you are happy.

 And relax - until you wake up. |
