Sometimes you can be so upset that you wake up to get away from a bad dream.
Bad dreams don’t come true so don’t feel sad. Tell mum or dad about it if you have bad dreams.

Breathe in and out 10 times --- slowly.Then breathe in, curl your toes, count to 10.Breathe out slowly, uncurl your toes.Curl and uncurl all the muscles on the way up your body.Lie quietly until you fall asleep.
