Good healthy food

You need to eat some food from each part of the plate.

Eat most from the biggest parts.

Bread, cereal, rice, pasta and noodles group

To make you feel fine

Vegetables and legumes

You can ask for more cauliflower

Don't eat the core

Milk, yoghurt and cheese group

Lots to choose from not justmeat

Fats and oils

A little fat is still okay
Some are better than others.

Olive oil is a good choice.

Food and drinks that taste so sweet
Have them only for a treat.

Lots of fizzy drinks and breakfast cereals have huge amounts of sugar in them.
