
Walking can help depression – immediately

Many studies have shown that exercising helps with mood and feeling happy.
Usually the effects of exercise occur after a few weeks, but even just 30 minutes of walking can give you a boost of good feelings straight away.
Having an exercise routine of 30 minutes for 3 times a week is the best way to keep yourself feeling and looking great - but if you are finding this hard, just remember that any time you do it you will get some benefit.
